Can I legally resell my holiday?
Yes. Under the UK Package Travel Regulations, a package holiday can be transferred to another traveller who meets the contract's conditions, where the operator permits it. The seller arranges the name-change with the operator; reTrippr holds the payment securely and releases it once the transfer is confirmed.
How is my payment protected as a buyer?
Your funds are held securely by a regulated payment provider — never in reTrippr's accounts. Payment is only released to the seller once the booking has been transferred into your name.
What happens if the transfer fails?
If the booking can't be transferred into your name, you're refunded. The seller isn't paid until the transfer is confirmed, so you don't carry that risk.
